Douglas began his career in 1976, when he joined the Carrier Corporation. Over the next 40 years, he went on to work for companies around the world, from Galson & Galson Consulting Engineers to Munters Cargocaire. In 1986, he became a partner at W.H. Demmons, Inc., and eventually moved into the position of owner and president. Today, W.H. Demmons is a leader in HVAC solutions, geothermal systems, and engineering projects, thanks to the experience of Douglas and his entire staff. He is proud to help clients find the best solution for any problems.

Jay DavisChief Executive Officer
Jay has extensive experience working with customers to determine the best solution for their roof or the owner they represent. Whether its preventive maintenance or replacement. His vast knowledge of all types of roofing systems is a real asset. From large emergency projects of removing snow or disaster response situations including logistics, equipment staging, and staffing.
His expertise also includes designing and installation on several green roofs both commercial and residential.

Jeff BardHVAC Construction Manager
Jeff began his career at W.H. Demmons in 1995, after completing a two-year degree that landed him a position as a journeyman. Seventeen years later, he has moved into his current role as construction manager. His experience and knowledge in the field – from installation to servicing of HVAC equipment – has proved to be a great asset, both for team members and clients. Jeff manages and coordinates all new construction, retrofit, and major repairs, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
