Courtroom Renovations at the Androscoggin County Courthouse

Working with Stephanie Lull of SRL Architects, W.H. Demmons helped to redesign the historical law library into courtroom of the Androscoggin County Courthouse, located in Lewiston, Maine. Our engineers designed an air conditioning system that could be added to the historical building, and then renovated the previous heating system to help cut heating costs and ensure maximum temperature control.
